I’ve worked in finance, government, education, and the arts. My focus is on helping to modernize institutions by making them more responsive, aligning their values and long-term purpose.

Leadership

Between November 2024 and January 2025, I led San Francisco’s first mayoral transition in 30 years. Very quickly, we raised $3 million, $4 million in in-kind donations while building operational systems and leadership structures to support a new administration from the ground up. This included a wholesale restructuring of the Mayor’s leadership team and the hiring of that team.
